Greentech Mega Food Park, situated in Rajasthan which is spread across 85 acres and is located in Roopangarh village of Kishangarh Block, District Ajmer. It is the first-of-its-kind state of the art facility to be set up in Rajasthan approved under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. The lead promoters CG Corp Global, Nepal based Billion Dollar transnational conglomerate which is under the aegis of the Chaudhary Group led by Mr Binod Chaudhary and leading Indian business houses like Genus and others are promoters of this park.
The Food Park aims to provide integrated farm-to-fork processing facilities, state-of-the art infrastructure, an enabling industrial environment, latest technology and research for food processing and value addition to enterprises engaged in the food processing industry.
The Mega Food Park will provide an institutional mechanism to establish an integrated supply chain from farm to retail.With Collection centers near the farmers, four Primary Processing Centres (PPCs) spread across various parts of Rajasthan, the Mega Food Park will ensure famers produce get fair prices and market linkages through the state of art processing industries coming to the Park.
This includes backward and forward linkages covering the entire food processing value chain, quality assurance, food safety and implementation of best practices in post- harvest management. It shall make available the latest food processing technologies to producers and manufacturers though in-country and international tie-ups. The Mega Food Park will change the backward area of Rajasthan as one of the leading agro and food processing hub and international recognition resulting in increased employment opportunities, farmers getting better prices and access to their output.
The Park is also having Research, Incubation and Innovation Center to develop startup eco system in agro and food processing, new technologies in food production and processing, driven by knowledge and new techniques gained from research investigations to ensure:
